In short: we don't collect data about you behind your back. What you share, we use only for the purpose you shared it. Details below.
1. The data controller

2. What data do we process?
There is no registration on this website and we store no personal data. If you contact us (via the contact form or by direct email), the details you provide — name, email address and the content of your message — reach us as an email.
3. Purpose and legal basis of processing
We use the data solely to answer your inquiry, prepare a quote and set up the collaboration. The legal basis is your voluntary consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. How long do we keep the data?
We keep correspondence for the duration of the business relationship, or until claims arising from it expire. If no collaboration comes about, we delete the correspondence at your request.
5. Analytics
Site traffic is measured by Vercel Analytics, which uses no cookies and collects no personally identifiable data — it only produces anonymous, aggregated statistics (e.g. page view counts). For this reason, no cookie consent banner is needed on this site.
6. Data processors
Hosting and analytics: Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA). Email provider: [to be filled in]. All processors operate with GDPR-compliant safeguards.
7. Your rights
You can request information about the data we process about you at any time, ask for its correction, deletion or the restriction of processing, object to processing, and exercise your right to data portability. An email to hello@codeaholic.hu is enough — we reply within 30 days.
8. Remedies
If you believe your rights have been violated in connection with the processing of your data, you can turn to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH; 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; naih.hu) or to a court.
