The challenge
An executive's day is meetings, decisions and dropped follow-ups — most of which never make it into a system. The challenge: capture and organise all of it reliably from a few spoken sentences, with real-time voice processing, on both mobile and desktop.
The solution
A voice-first experience: “Hey Orbis” — the app understands speech in real time and turns it into follow-ups, decisions, projects and reminders, with a morning briefing and a “waiting on you” list. A native iOS app for your pocket and a browser web app for your desk — sharing one secure backend.

Security
Security, without which it wouldn't work
An executive assistant handles sensitive information — so security isn't a later layer, it's the foundation. The whole project runs in a closed, invite-only private beta, with per-user data separation.
Encrypted, private-beta access
A closed, invite-only system; every session is encrypted, and only an authenticated user can reach their own data.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Data is protected both in transit (TLS) and at rest (at-rest encryption).
Secure voice processing
Voice data is processed and stored over a controlled channel, with minimised retention.
